At our company, the workflow is based upon both client requirements and eco-friendly consideration. We have a wide-spectrum of services, that can be combined together in order to offer many solutions for problems regarding de-coating/paint removing, pre-paint treatment and after-treatment.

Main service areas
Thermal paint stripping
A cost-effective process for cleaning non-delicate, typically carbon-steel paint line parts. The part is exposed to high heat.
The organic compounds in the paint decompose at the temperature of 450 °C, leaves behind a clean surface.
At our company the thermal de-coating is made with the use of pyrolytic or fluidized bed ovens.
Blasting
This pre-painting treatment process is used to remove old paint layers, rust from iron-steel parts, where the surface is bombarded with high velocity particles.
The abrasive effect leaves an adhesive surface that is perfectly suitable for painting.
Chemical paint stripping
Is used for those kind of delicate parts, where the thermal or the blasting cleaning isn’t compatible. Typically goes well with cleaning plastic and aluminium parts.
Rust removing, passivation
This is an on-demand service, where parts can be de-rusted with mechanical or chemical solutions.
Post-treatment
After thermal or chemical paint stripping, or before painting, on customer request the treatment can be complemented with high power washing, degreasing, rust removing, passivation.
Maintenance
By repairing parts that can be deformed during using or shipping, our partners can lower costs and protect the environment as well.

Main services:
- Fluidized-bed furnace, where with the help of the hot, vortexing sand we burn off the paint and contaminations from various iron-steel parts with the size of 290x90x100cm
- In our 400×450 cm sized blasting cabinet we clean metal parts
- With our high-pressure washers, we post-treat parts after thermal paint-stripping
- Our 85x60x55 cm chemical bath, aluminum, silicone, teflon could be cleaned, suggested if the part doesn’t endure high temperatures
