Paint stripping in Cegléd

The cleaning of workpieces takes place inside the sealed chamber of the gas-fired pyrolytic oven, in a low-oxygen environment. The parts to be cleaned are placed on the loading table located on a roller conveyor in front of the oven door. After the table is pushed into the oven and the treatment chamber is sealed airtight, the gas burner’s hot air begins slowly heating the interior to 450 °C. At this temperature the organic materials decompose, and their decomposition products pass into the afterburner — integrated into the oven and kept at 750 °C — where the organic materials undergo complete, thorough combustion. After cooling, the workpieces can be removed from the pulled-out treatment table and a new cycle can be started. Parts coming out of the oven are post-treated as required. The temperature of the treatment oven is infinitely adjustable, so in drying mode it is also suitable for removing water from other treated materials.
